I was applying for a credit card online and the took money out of my account afterwards Irviene California

I was filling out an appilication for a credit card and they need all my info. I don't usually fall for that but i really wanted to get wedding present with the money so I was to excited. Then they denied me and 2 days later money came out of my account. $99.95.
