Received letter which informed that I won the lottery in the 2nd category. Lump sum pay out of $125,000.00 USD. Enclosed a check from Mellon 1st Business Bank, customer Aspen Medical Products in the amount of $3,830.00 to pay for taxes and administrative cost.
