Took several thousand dollars and didn't pay off the bills Las Vegas

I paid them several thousand dollars to pay off bills and they never did. They also said they would be sending my money back but still haven't received it, and it's been over a year. I have creditors calling me, freezing my bank accounts, and i'm at a loss here.

Has anyone heard any thing recently???
