I filed my 2006 taxes on 6/13/08. Based on their timetable a printable version of my taxes would by available within 3 business days. On 6/19/08, when my taxes were still not available, I attempted to contact the company. This is where the trouble began. A brief recap:
(1) 800-755-3520 is the only # availale and only allows you to leave a msg which will not be returned.
(2) selecting "contact us" only makes the same page reload as if you hit the refresh button.
(3) there is no email address available except for the one they use which is flagged "do not reply"
(4) live chat will only get you polite delays with no workable remedies. You will be told repeatedly you have to wait 2-3 business days.
(5) You WILL NOT get a response.
(6) you WILL provide every bit of information that someone will need to steal your identity, PLUS, give them your bank account information.
