They gave me a very competitive rate, so I decided the fill out the paperwork, and allowed them to run my credit score, (Which caused a drop in my score now)
Their paperwork was full of errors. I had to correct their mistakes 3 times. After all the paperwork was sent in, they tell me that the "investor" is no longer willing to do the rate, and they say that now they can do the deal at a higher rate, which is no where near what I got from other places.
So they charge you an application fee
They lower your credit score and then they want you to agree to a worse deal. Even though you have a signed lock in agreement!
Terrible business practice. Do not do business with this company - no matter what they put in front of you!
They accept no accountability for the written offers they send over.
