I've been attempting to correct an overcharging issue with this specific lender for around 2 weeks now. When requested to talk to another person, the lady stated "certain... You are able to call-back" and hung-up on me. I'm being overcharged on overdue charges, dual to double for around 4 years now. These were overcharging me in my own monthly obligations by nearly 100 bucks monthly for more than 16 weeks. I had been informed they'd need to recalculate which does take time! I'm still waiting. And also to top it down, these were getting me to courtroom to be behind on my funds. I might have lost my house. To date I've discovered about 2 e they overcharged me. And that I am still not completed. I've to-go over one matter at the same time because that's all-they are designed for.
