Netpolarity sent unsolicited email in regards to a work they sensed I matched, but requested if my application was on any job boards. I told the repetition my application is on Chop, Beast, HotJobs and Careerbuilder. The consultant declined to publish me for their customer until I ripped my application from all job boards.in my opinion this really is an illegal training, and harms applicants capability and to find work.
