This company offers a financial investment. We would give them a list of some of our clients. They would run a check on those clients and then if they were approved; finexim would pay us directly for whatever the customer purchased and then they would take care of charging the client directly by giving him terms of 30 or 60 days depending on the credit check of the client. The deal did not go through. Finexim said it was not our fault and would be returning our deposit. They sent us an email advising of the refund and requesting our bank information to deposit the money into out account. Since then they have given us the run around and no longer will they return our calls. They kept telling us to wait fro thei attorney to send us the paperwork. But we are still waiting. We have tried to send them to collections but they tell me that they are just con artist.
