Marshall Reddick is a rip-off artist and a great salesman. I reported all problems to Reddick himself who did absolutely nothing. I am still recovering from the nightmare purchasing property through him which began over 10 years ago and which resulted in my filing for bankruptcy. Stay away from this man and don't believe anything he says.
