If you want to part with your money then invest in the Over Priced and Over Valued properties that this "Club" offers. The previous reports are all true. They will tell you that a slight negative income is "OK." This is not true: ANY negative cash flow is a bad thing. Mardshall Reddick Seminars will make guarantees for the property manager (I have fired ALL of the ones they recommend) and say they are the best (absolutely NOT true). They promise that rents will increase substantially the next year. Sorry folks... Again not true.
Run the crime statistics on the neighborhood they offer before putting money down. You will find that you will not even want to live in most neighborhoods they represent.
Stay away... Stay far far away... Stay away from anything to do with Marshall Reddick.invest in real estate on your own without the help of any of the so-called gurus including this group / club / organization. They are all bad news.
