Document Of Award Payment - Data Rlease Division
Documents Look extremly valid. There is no web address or phone number listed within materials

I recieved notification from Award Payment Data release Div. The documents do appear to be valid, however became concerned when a prize of 1,400, 000.00 was to be identified in my name, for a processing fee of 19.99. There were two seperate documents.

In these documents there are no web address, nor phone numbers to access a individual. So I decided against my better judgement, out of total desparity, due to my personal financial hardships to send in 19.99 to the addressed. After not recieving any other corispondence I looked up the company and long behold I was finally directed here. It appears that I am not the only individual for whom this has occured. I have been totally humiliated, and I am furious.
