Unauthorized charge

I received my charge card record and discovered a fee for 66.98 on May 8. I named the charge card company plus they stated they believed it had been for PC software and that I must contact the organization. The organization doesn't possess a phone number shown about the cost or may I find one online. The only real id for the corporation may be the site shown about the cost and that I cannot look for a variety.
