I am another customer that ripped off by cross country bank. They give you the impression they are helping you with your credit and they tell you that you are approved by them and then they turn around and put all these high charges to the credit card befor you get it and then they want you to pay for something you can't even use. They should not be allowed to mislead or be able to blindside people like this. There should be something done to companies that do these things to consumers.
