This company offered me a credit card they debited my account and then never sent me the credit card consumer fraud ripoff Rip-off

This company offered me a credit card with a 2500 limit. They in turn debited my checking account for 221.25. To this day I have not received the card nor any special package. Something needs to be done about this company.
