Gardner Commercial Capital
I was lied to and cheated and am now getting the authorities involved

I was led to Quincy Gardner by a broker, who assured me that he was a legitimate funding source. I paid a due diligence fee that would be refunded if he did not fund within 45 days. The funding never occured and I have not received the refund. He does not return any phone calls or emails.

I have contacted the authorities and they'll be pursuing him for fraud. Any others that have had a similar experience should contact the Cobb County Fraud Division.
