Misapplied payment!

I delivered my May cost, used to do not need a discount to signify how I needed the payment utilized. I thought they'd utilize everything toward the cost because it was nearly all the cost that I delivered, that didn't occur. The organization used the entire quantity toward the escrow making me a on my cost. The d organization has my house and cell phone number to contact me. Used to do not get a phone. I believe that's bad company. Easily was overdue on my cost, I'd have obtained a phone. Why did I not get a phone to explain this issue. I've usually settled my bill promptly.
