United Processing is a low life Collection Agency using just about every intimidating trick in their book to try and collect on old, written off accounts. Don't be bullied by their nonsense. They have no authority to do what they are threatening, and their actions are illegal. They called and harassed my elderly mother to the point that she about had a stroke. Fortunately, she's a feisty old gal, and told "Justin Holt" (I'm SURE that was his "real" name...) to take a long walk off of a short pier.
I've worked in the Credit Card business for several years, folks, including Collections. You'd be amazed what some minimum wage losers will do and say to get that bonus for themselves if they can harass someone long and hard enough to get some money sent in. Don't let them get you upset. Once a major credit card company has written off the account and charged it off, they're done. Other collection companies buy the accounts in hopes of collectioning any money at all. Don't give in to them. They can't hurt you.
Google "United Processing" and see how many complaints have already been filed, and see that most of the stories are pretty much the same, the threats to have you arrested at work, the multiple harassing phone calls... But most of all, notice the total lack of professionalism when these jokers talk to you. Any legitimate collection company will remain professional when dealing with you. Once the threats start, once the agent starts calling you "sweetheart" and "darlin'", wishing you Good Luck in the Big House when they have you arrested... You know you're dealing with a scam artist. Don't fall for it. Don't send them any money. Just tell them to take that walk.
