I too was scammed by NACS. I couldn't get a hold of anyone initially. Then when I did I was treated rudely. I even contacted the Human Resources part of it - NACS 39346 US HWY 19 N, Tarpon Springs, FL 34689. They referred me back to customer service.
I specifically told them I wanted a visa. I asked them about the preferred merchant card telling them I did not want it. I only wanted the visa. They assured me I would get the visa. Of course, I haven't received it. Further investigation on my part revealed that it was a preferred merchant card - one I specifically told them I was not interested in.
The Better Business Bureau was contacted - but of course many complaints are already in -mine was added to the list. My bank will give me the money back as I have disputed the withdrawal. This is clearly false advertisment. I have even sent e-mails to foxnews and anyone else who will listen. The Human Resource manager of NACS that I spoke with Tom Watts advised they had no customer complaints and had been doing this for 4 yrs... 4 yrs!!! I wonder how many people have been scammed. This truely needs to stop.
