I have filed reports on here before and have had some of the same problems. However, I do not understand this 3 times their reps can help save your house. Can someone explain this to me and possibly others? Is this an ARM loan, FHA loan or conventional loan, what?
Also, I would like to say that Michelle Mulraine an employee of Ocwen helped me to get back the penalities of taxes that were charged to my account that I bought out. My escrow was stating a shortage by the penalty of the taxes that Ocwen didn't pay.
I have tried several times to contact Michelle, and with no luck. Do any of the former employee postings on here know how to reach her? If so, she needs to post on here too! I am sure she has some stories she can tell!
