Be very careful dealing with Mark Nihei of Financial Realty (www.financialrealty.net) previously located in Oakland, CA but now in Hayward, CA.
I supposedly obtained a 10/1 ARM for an investment property through this shark in 2003. Now five years later it appears the loan was actually a Option ARM 5/1. He has not returned my emails inquiring about the loan configuration. Luckily i'm not losing big time in this loan, but I'd suggest to give this guy a wide berth if you're interested in obtaining a quality loan with peace of mind.
