Back in November I got introduced to this Novelty Financial for the REO business. Let me just say this, if you work with them be careful, I forwarded more than 20 buyers to them because they claimed they were some "account executive" for a clearinghouse out of Florida. This group is bogus. All that happened is that they ended up stealing all my buyers information. There were two guys in particular that worked there, especially one i thought I had a good business relationship with.in the end i stopped working with them and they ended up still calling all my buyers and other brokers. I see they took their website off recently and maybe thats because they finally got shut down. I called their office number recently and the guys who i knew from there didnt work there anymore. Thats why I wont name names. But that doesnt mean the company itself is innocent. Whatever you7 do, dont give up any buyers to any brokers without an LOA or POP. Novelty Financial, just a bunch of thieves.
