IMC Financial Mark Bushee
IMC Financial Mark Bushee leads were delivered and they did not pay, we tried to find a settlement agreement, but he refused to pay for that as well

Mark Bushee of IMC Financial purchased pre-foreclosure leads from us in February. He selected leads from all states except OH, IL, TX & MD. He requested that the homeowners be at least 60 days late on their mortgage payments in all states except CA.in CA, he wanted to have consumers be under 60 days late on mortgage payments.

We delivered 50 leads per day. Mark Bushee was supposed to pay weekly upon invoice but never received payment. He owes us $5,100 for leads delivered.

We proposed a settlement for less than what was owed, but he refused to pay for that as well.
