Promised to provide two tradlines and never delivered

I purchased two trade lines from this company on 03/06 for a total of $2,100. The sales representative that I spoke with (Keith) promised that the lines would be available in a week. I then spoke with Jessica when the lines did not show up on my credit report as promised. She said that it could take up to 90 days and then became quite beligerent when I told her what I was promised by Keith and stated that "I could make this easy or I could make it hard."

As of today (05/02), the phone numbers for the business have been disconnected and my trade lines are still not showing on my credit reports.
