Ripoff con artist fake

I sent in 49.00 to consumer to get a 5,000 limit. They cashed the check and never sent the card. Well four weeks went by and i said something is wrong!!! Well i tried to get the number to call about my money back. No number to call i was out of luck I mad and I just want everyone to know how i feel about theses crooks!!!
