They charged me $7.95 to pay bill online. I cancelled account after trying for 2 weeks to reach customer service. I had charges on account that I did not make. Took 6 weeks to get credit. Now they charge me 35.44% interest on the balance I still owe and $3.00 monthly fee for closed account.
