Aprroved cash advance that wasnt really valid, but instead was a giantmarketplace

Was approved for cash advance, gave my bank in formation and then when i went to internet site as instructed to to to see what i was approved for, i had already been registered to a giant marketplace and no cash advance but a credit card for use in thier stores only. Now tgheres no live person to answer the phone to cancel and no way to stop a transaction from taking place on my bank account because they have my information
