I have been a very good customer of FCNB since 1994 with a high credit of $8300..in Dec, 01 I recived a letter from FCNB saying that my check #1190 for 500. Had bounced and as a result I could not use my card for five months. The check never bounced. I tried several months to clear it up all to no avale. On July 2,02 I made a payment of $7500 leaving a small balance of about $170. I tried to have the card actavated again. They ask me to send my cards back and they would send me a new one. I have tried on seven occasions since then to get my card back, again to no avale.
On Oct 21,02 I wrote the VP of customer service and told them my problem and ask them to look into it. Today I recived a letter that said: We regret to inform you that we are unable to grant your request for a credit line increase at this time. I never ask for an increase in the first place, just my cards back.
Could you please advise me how to get my cards back
