My daughter has been working with this company for 20 months. I found all kinds of negative articles on the web yesterday and now I fear she has been scammed, as others have said. I have to agree with everyones comments about calling, calling and calling. I found out today that it shows up as a profit and write off by her creditor, which I've been told would stay on her credit report for a very long time. They told me that nothing would go against her on her credit report. My daughter supposingly has 10 more payments and now I don't know what to do when I read about all these people paying and paying only to find out nothing was sent to the actual creditor at the beginning, middle or end of their dealings with Hess Kennedy. Class action would suit me just fine
