I wish I knew about this guy before I decided to be a second lien holder on the house that I sold to him. I owner financed and was the second note holder on a portion of the house I sold to him in Renton, back in 2005. After a year, he quit paying and stiffed me for over $53,000! When the house went into foreclosure, he moved out leaving the house a complete ruin. He even stole the washer and dryer that I left for him with the house.
I now see from this site that he has ripped off a lot of people in a lot of states. I would be happy to be a charecter witness to any legal action that someone brings against him. This piece of human waste belongs behind bars!
I hope justice is served and he gets what he deserves.
