EASTBAY, URGENT COMMUNICATION, All in bold: "You have ignored previous demands, heavy fines, arrest and imprisonment, Check Fraud File, Attorney Review, recommendation

This is the second time I have received a letter for this company. Both stating I owed money to EASTBAY. Both letters were for different amounts. This new one is for 2 checks written for 188.90. They can not give me the name of the bank the check were drawn on. I will continue to report these people.
