UCB I was harrased with racist slurs and screamed at by both the supervisor and customer service. They wouldn't take my money and threatened to take me to court

I have been making online payments to my Chase credit card, one month the website was down and the next thing I know I could no longer log on to my account.

My payments were scheduled to automatically debit from my checking however shortly after I received a notice and threatening calls from UCB threatening legal action if I did not pay them $2300 of an original debt $1600.

The woman at extension 6756 insulted my mother by screaming that she knew she spoke English. Then she said to me Im going to get my money and I want it in full. She would not let me make payment arrangements. She said they would serve me at my job and ruin my credit. She said she didnt want any latino *

Then she hung up on me and continued leaving me harrassing messages about serving me on my cell.

I called Chase and they said they could not take payment as the debt was sold to UCB. I called UCB and asked to speak to the supervisor of the woman who had insulted me, this let to only worse harrasement.

She insulted me by saying I should get a job cleaning toilets, and that it sounded like I was smoking a cigarrette and I didnt sound homeless she didnt care if I didnt have the money. She said the bank pays her salary so she didnt care what I had to do, to get a loan. She then

After agreeing upon the bank saying that I could give $100 now and $600 later this month. Everything was agreed upon and she put me on hold. I was online and found this complaint on usacomplaints.com and confronted her with this and then she said keep your measly $100, and pay in full then she insulted me in spanish calling me an "idiota" which is idiot. And hung up on me.

This was suposely the supervisor who was being completely rude, and racist with me. She claimed to be Latina and brought the "n" word into her comments. I am in complete shock that customer service in America is the rudest I have ever dealt with. Before she hung up on me she said that my debt was not $3,000 and that i had burned my bridge. She then called me uneducated.

However I do not know what to do know since they won't take my money and apparantely want to take me to court.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
