For the past 3 months Saxon has withdrawn my payment from my bank account but refused to credit them to my account until I fight with them for the rest of the month. Customer service doesn't even try to help and they treat you like you are a criminal even when they make you a victim.
They charge late charges even though they admit they have the money but are waiting on a report about the interest rates. I find it hard to believe that in 3 months they couldn't clear up this problem. There are many class action suites against them from what the internet says.
There should be someone to regulate this company and make it stop messing with peoples bank accounts and mortgages.
