They would rather I file bankruptsy or let them foreclose, than to help fix problem

We have an arm bought by emc, have had medical and financial problems. We got behind and asked emc to refinance or help in any manner they could. There resolution was to abandon the home or file bankruptsy!!!
The resolution department don't care about your problems or to resolve any issues you may have.
