Hello, on March 10 149.99 dollars was removed from my checking account from the above named company. Spoke to a Robert Thomas that day and he said that the money would be replaced within 5 business days. As the money was not returned in that time frame, again I called on March 19th and spoke with Samantha, who told me that sorry for the confusion, but the money will be in your account by 3/25, as of today 3/28, money has not been returned and my bank is aware and has an alert on my account. Have made multiple calls and called the number today and got this mailbox is not working. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
