Sent CD back, still getting charged for the use of nothing

I obtained a Disc and that I delivered it, today I keep getting charged for something which I'm NOT applying. Our first endeavor would be to mail to please place an end for this unnessecary cost that I'm not really utilizing or do I still possess a Disc in my own ownership-I DELIVERED IT BACK. If this cost isn't ceased, I'll create a phone. Thanks. Clearly, by overlooking the listing of grievances, I'm not alone who had been having cash removed from their store unnessecarily.
