I applied for a loan online and this company started deducting money from my account also, they said that I could cancel anytime, but there is no way to contact them to cancel

I applied for a loan on line. This company has a trick pop up before you can finish the process where you have to press continue to finish the loan process. When you press continue, you are aggreeing to purchase an anti theft program (garbage). It says that you can cancel anytime, but there is not a website to go to cancel, or anything ever sent to you saying that when this is going to start or anything
