P.C. Harassing letters, sending me to court on false charges of 7,000.00 worth of credit from a stolen credit card

My daughter's credit card was stolen and there is 7,000.00 added to this and I am being charged for items I did not sign for. I asked the company to produce a signature which they have not sent for me to see. They just keep sending harassing letters.
