I got a in a financial bind and $2,600.00 from this company back in July. I made my regular monthly payments up until February. Then my income became reduced by almost $400.00 a month and I couldn't make my March payment. I tried to negotiate a monthly payment of $50.00 per month with them until I could find a better paying job or a way to generate some extra income and they flat out refused to work with me. I was told that partial payments were unacceptable. They had already gotten a total of $1,515.85 in payments from me and NONE of it went to principal. The customer service person I spoke with was rude and made judgmental comments to me verging on a personal attack. The attitude is that you must pay THEM before you pay any other bills, including rent and food. They had been calling and emailing me daily demanding payment. I was lucky enough that my parents were able to help me pay them off so they would stop harassing me.in spite of the fact that I had already paid them over $1,500.00, my payoff balance was $2,834.06.
Avoid this company and any other like them (ThinkCash - interst rate 171%).in fact, avoid any type of quick cash loan - especially payday loans. They're just not worth it.
