A friend of mine bought a mortgage tradeline from this guy Sebastian, not sure if I'm spelling his name right, only to be conned and taken for something like $1600. Because she has no backbone she just sits and complains to us instead of doing what she should and just report this guy. I figured if she got ripped off, then many other people have most likely being ripped off by this guy so if you've bee scammed by this guy Sebastian Quercia, you don't have to just sit there and complain to your friends, here is all you have to do to put this guy in jail:
You'll be surprised at how fast someone can be put away when there is a collective effort to shut down a criminal organization. NOTE: each and everytime this guy contacts you, you need to repeat these steps:

And file a report with the attorney generals office in Michigan, you also need to contact the attorney generals office in your state. Explain that you've bee conned etc. If they have threatened you in any way, you need to tell them. The attorney generals office can work wonders but you need to be sure to file a complaint and need for investigation in your state and in Michigan.

Http://www.michigan. Gov/gov I have a friend that woked for Governer Granholm, she is very good at putting people like this Sebastian guy in jail for a very long time. Word has it that he is threatening people so if you've been threatened by him you need to log that in your complaint.
3. Any text message or phone calls or emails that you get from this guy MUST BE RECORDED, I can't stress this enough. If he is truly scamming people and threatening them for speeking out, you need to have a REAL record for the authorities.
4. It would also be a good idea to call the Michigan state police at http://michigan. Gov/msp.
I've lived in this state my entire life and it seems that there is a new scam every day of the week and it boggles my mind as to why people fall for these scams. Its sad, the most effected people are those in our community (African American) and no one seems to care, that is why we must make the most noise when it comes to companies like this that prey on our people. If you contact these organization it only will take around 30 minutes and log and record any contact that you have with this clown, you will protect yourself and next time, when you hear that someone can add 100 points to your credit by adding a silly mortgage tradeline to your credit and it seems too good to be true, it probably is. I can't understand why people would allow themselves to be scammed this way.
