As everyone is aware A-1 leasing is now harrassing people and sending them into collections. They are simply trying to cover up for their own mistake of getting involved with Start Up Essentials/USA Cards Services scam
Don't let A-1 Leasing bully you around... Turn the tables on them
Follow these steps
1: Contact the Dep of Attorney General Office in the state of Michigan @
1-517-373-1140. Michigan is where A-1 Leasing is based out of
2: Contact the FTC @ 214-979-9381 or 877-382-4357
3: Contact the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint via their website at bbb.org
4: It is imperative you mention the name A-1 in your complaint. They are the ones who are going after you for money and via collections
5: Contact your financial institution and dispute the charges. Once the charges are reversed, even if so for a short period of time while a dispute investigation is taking place, casues a major accounting nightmare for A-1
