I bought a vehicle in 2001 and it was returned to the dealership after they said i missed 2 payments after calling them and trying to get a code to send the money through money gram quick payment they gave me the wrong receiving code so i came back home to try to get the right one they had me on hold for well over 45 minutes while on hold the car was taken away by tow truck with all my belongings in it worth well over $5000.
I tried to contact the company to see where the vehicle was towed so i can get my belongings but they completely gave me the run around, now here it is 8 yrs later and this thomas law office, cavalry spv is sending an order of judgment for weekly payments for well over 11000dollars after not even giving a court date or anything.
