I was contacted by a foreign individual asking personal information about someone they were hoping was a neighbor of mine. When I refused to tell them if I knew the person, I asked for their contact information and they gave me the phone number and extension (1-866-873-8655, ext 5585). When I called them back, they refused to give me any more information. I told them since they were not giving me any information, I assume they are rip-off artists and that I would be reporting them.
