Requests a due diligence fee upfront, from new project applicants, but never delivers the funds. The contract is subjected to obtaining insurance, which they may or may not get.insurance houses worldwide deny offering such insurance covers. The contract has many loose end, including no penalty if they do not deliver funds.
They have not funded a single project since 2004. Currently they claim that they need US Federal authorization from a Pedigree Committee to transfer funds to project owners. They need to clarify the origin of their funds to the US Federal Reserve they claim.
The US Federal Reserve responds by saying they do not have such requirements.
They operate worldwide, including Russia, USA, Asia, etc. They claim to have huge funds, supposedly stolen by their ancestors during the Chinese era of 1949, when they fled to Taiwan.
They take $ 50 k to $ 100 K from project owners and then dissapear. If one puts any pressure on them they threaten to withdraw from the contract, and not fund the applicant, and sue the applicant for expenses.
