This is a SCAM. I applied for and was approved for an $8,000 loan online and was emailed a contract which stated that I needed to send atleast 4 months payment in advance before the funds would be released.
I sent the $975 via Money Gram to Malcolm Reiss in Ajax, Ontario and was promised the funds would be available by midnight. I called before the end of business and was informed by a Mike Thomas and Brian Stevens that I needed to send an additional $800 in order to receive the funds in the next 2 hrs. This was also sent via Money Gram to the same person.
Needless to say I have not received the loan proceeds and have sought legal advice as to how to recover the money. This took place March 5.
Do not send money to these people. Once they stopped taking my phone calls I had a friend apply for a loan on the website. When someone contacted her they were going by another name but it was the same voice prompts and people claiming to service the loan.
I uurge anyone reading this to please beware. You will not get your loan and you will lose any investment.
