Unfair & Dishonest Practices

I had been America Express customer since 1999. I have always paid my bill on time my interest rate was 9% in June my interest rate went to 19%. I called I told them I always pay my bill on time, so how could you raise my interest rate. I was told that they had got a credit history report.

I pay my bills on time. I have signed for my daughter on some things and we are currently taking care of this what does this have to do with you, I have not been late paying you. I ask them how can a poor person making in a system as corrupt as your. We try to pay our bills then you make it almost impossible for us to get out of debt with your hidden charges and unfair practices, with no moral character or concern for people all you care about is the dollar and how you can stick me.

I am very hurt about this. I am trying to pay my bills off but there is no win when you have companies like America Express. I called and aked them to close my account.
