I have been fighting the bad debt reported on my credit. I have never ordered from Fingerhut. I have sent them the affidavit they requested and now the say they havent received it. I have proof from airborne express with the name of the individual that received it. This is stopping me from refinancing my home. Their phone is continuously busy and I cannot get through to anyone. I have disputed this with the credit bureaus, only one has removed it from my credit.
The others will not allow me to dispute the file anymore and are calling it frivolous because it has been verified. How are they verifying something that I did not order? There is nothing in fingerhut that I want!!! I am very tired of this situation. Does anyone have any ideas?!!!
