Removed 19.95 from my account each monthsince 12—2005 with out my knolege

Businessmax removed 19.95 a month from my account since i first did business with Vista business cards in 12-05. I just contacted them today 3-1-08, and they said they will give me a full refund in 3 business days from 12-05. We will wait and see. If they do i will have no complant against them and will still do business with Vista cards.
