CACH LLC began calling my home phone, once at 5:00 in the morning.in attempting to qualify for a home mortgage it was discovered this law firm has reported higher balances on accounts that cannot be verified as those transferred from someone else.
They are reporting the same debt twice from themselves and from the original card holder whom I have been working with personally.
They refuse to remove the items they will not verify. This is a gross misuse of the credit reporting to the agencies evaluating my FICO score. I am now seeking a lawyer who will take them to task. However, it is daunting and time consuming and these people should be stopped from doing this to others.
