I dont remenber all the details to my case yet 5 yrs ago after suffering thru 8 yrs of dealing with littion loan service being put on hold for hours at a time being hung up on. No responce to constant requests for payment books and reciepts, paying numerious late fees, never getting questions answered and not recieving credit for payments made and never being able to become current i lost my home.
Foreclosure was started the house was sold prior to these actions yet littion still filed a foreclosure to the credit reporting companies. I bought my house for 79,000 and when sold for 113,000 i recieved 0 at closing. Im sure littion loan servicing was not the only company who ripped off a hard working single mom who will probably never again own a home of her own...
