I borrowed $2500 from Cash Call, I was making payments of $216 a month for about a year. I borrowed the money because I was in a crisis like we all sometimes get into.
Well since then my life has been hell, I also closed my bank account, because I asked them to stopdrafting my account in writting about 5 times and they claim they have never recieved the request! If you are one day late they call you about 100 times at work, home, cell whatever. They have threatened me and my co-workers!!!
Recently my father which is a co-buyer on my home got sick, and has not been working an unable to pay his part of our mortgage so I a single mom havong been paying our $3600 mortgage alone plus other bills like gas, water, lights etc. I fell behind on my house payments because my income just is not enough, my home is now in forclosure.
I explained all of this to cash call, they basically told me not to send the money to my mortgage company but to pay them, they were more important!
They faxes a letter last week to my job including the last 4 digits of my social sec. #, well, I am a manager at my job and the last 4 of our socials are used for our burgular alarm systems, our access the all cash registers, and safes. Well the fax they used was a public fax in our break room... So all of the employees on lunch during that time recieved all my private info!!!
